Do you struggle to remember names? You’re not alone. Many people find it hard to recall the names of the people they meet. This can be a real problem that affects your personal and professional life. Next time you meet someone, try this technique to improve your memory.

Take an imaginary snapshot of the person’s face and associate it with their name.

Imagine writing their name on their forehead or on a sign above their head.

Write down their name as soon as you can. Repeat their name aloud and in your head.

By doing this, you are using multiple senses to encode the name in your memory. (See the name, Say the name, Write the name). This will make it easier to recall it later. Try this method next time you meet someone new and impress them with your memory skills.
